Jeffrey Graf, Retail Site Acquisition
Jeffrey Graf has over 25 years of experience in planning, organizing, and directing the implementation of real estate strategies. Prior to joining Murphy Land and retail Services Jeff was President of Real Property Solutions Group, a consulting company that specialized in delivering tailored real estate solutions to new and emerging businesses. Mr. Graf was the company’s lead consultant for clients who had location strategy, site selection and facility planning needs. Prior to RPSG, Mr. Graf held strategic planning, retail product management, real estate management, and retail office network planning positions with Barnett Banks, and Bank of America. In those positions he was responsible for various aspects of bank branch network development for those companies.
Mr. Graf has an in-depth knowledge of market analysis, site selection, franchise location strategies, cost analysis, and operating efficiencies. He also possesses strong knowledge of real estate contract and lease negotiations as well as building construction acquired through hands-on real estate experience. During his career, Graf developed and managed a process that identified, selected, and built over 300 branch banking offices. He played a leadership role in the acquisition and integration of hundreds of other offices. This included the closing and disposition of over 100 offices in a single acquisition.
Mr. Graf also had responsibility for the management of over 9 million square feet of corporate real estate. This consisted of over 600 branch offices, numerous multi-story headquarters buildings and large operations centers. He was able to optimize operating efficiency while decreasing annual occupancy costs from $148 million to $118 million over a one year period. Mr. Graf’s strategic analysis accomplishments include leading a team that created an overall branch banking network assessment process. That process allowed line management the ability to create specific and actionable branch market-level plans to improve revenue and/or save expenses that were tailored to each office. He brings this same strategic vision to his current retail clients as he assists them in their franchise building needs.
Mr. Graf holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Florida and has a Florida Real Estate License.
